Under duress, I've posted this pricing for your convenience. If you're shopping for the cheapest guy . . . well, you need to keep shopping.
I'm in business to be one of the best, not one of the cheapest. If you really want to save $50 or so on the inspection fee, no problem. I'm a consumer too, and I need to save $50 when I buy things.
Trouble is, most people forget about quality. All of us home inspectors aren't the same. Don't believe me? Just call a few folks and drill them on their knowledge, expertise, communication skills and experience. I know more and I do more -- I'm higher quality.
